The Distinguished Alumnus Award nomination form has been designed to accommodate the time constraints of our valued nominators. You should be able to complete and submit the form in approximately 15 minutes. However, if you need more time or additional information about the nominee, you have the option of saving your progress and returning to the form later.
To do this, simply click the "Save and Come Back Later" button. An automated email will be sent to the address you provide in the form, containing a secure link titled "Distinguished Alumnus Awards Nomination." This link will allow you to resume and complete your submission at your convenience. Please ensure you enter your email address accurately to make this process seamless for you.
